In order to prevent recession the government should: 1. cut taxes government increase gov spending- increasing for short amount of time Supply-side economics Two things government should do to avoid depression 1. cut taxes (corporations included)- to inverse their money 2. Decrease government spending- you cut social programs. Ex) education, welfare ,Cut funding for mental health services, cut for Alzheimer research.
