 Cultural barriers. The school embraces all culture of learners and parents and
try to fine ways for a translator when a parents cannot use English as a medium
of communication
 Uncertainty. The school provide weekly bulletine and sent messages to parents
on where parents can assist the school

female teacher to volunteer to babysit their children when there is a school
annual meeting or any activity
 Being unaware of how the system works. The school Provide a handbook
containing rules and procedures and giving the answers to typical questions or

welcome from the entrance of the school.
 Lack of a supportive environment. Provide supports for all children that are from

the concept of learner motivation. How would you simplify the explanation to

in the learning process and what drives them to participate while others do not .it can
also be defined as being intrinsic, where learners are interested in the course
content, or extrinsic, where learners are interested in earning a course grade or
credit.
