What are some other ways you could find some time to be mindful in your day? • Anchoring practice is one way to incorporate mindfulness in your day. For example, I work in a warehouse, which is a secured place and to enter the building I must use my badge. Like Meredith in the video I choose my anchor as the process of waving my badge in front of the reader to enter the building and gain access to the system when I go to my workstation. I work ten hours a day and before I start working, I take a mindful breath and set my intention to work sufficiently throughout the day
