Main research question: How did schoolteachers experience the Covid
pandemic?

objectively analyze data (information) in order to identify patterns,
themes, and meanings within it. It involves transforming qualitative
data, such as interviews or texts, into quantitative data, allowing for a
deeper understanding of the content.
To conduct content analysis, the following steps need to be followed:
1. Data preparation: Transcribing and organizing the interviews in a
format suitable for analysis.
2. Familiarization: Reading and re-reading the transcripts to gain a
holistic understanding of the data.
3. Coding: Assigning labels or codes to the segments of data that
represent meaningful concepts or themes.
4. Category development: Creating categories that group together
related codes.
5. Data analysis: Quantifying the coded data by counting the frequency
of occurrences and examining relationships between categories.
6. Interpretation: Drawing conclusions, identifying patterns and trends,
and answering the research question based on the analysis.
Three themes expected to emerge from the analysis of schoolteachers'
experiences during the Covid pandemic could include:
1. Challenges faced in remote teaching and learning.
2. Emotional and psychological impacts on teachers.
3. Adaptation and innovation in teaching strategies.
