The HRM is responsible for overseeing all departments in an organization regarding functions and managing the employees. Developing, attracting and maintaining high-quality workforce are some of the core responsibilities that the human resource poses. There are various approaches which are geared towards helping the workers identify their weaknesses and strengths. They also assist them in correcting their shortcomings and provide a valuable contribution towards the organization success (Breaugh, 1981). The report in this paper explains and discusses three major human resource management responsibilities which include developing, attracting and maintaining a quality workforce in Rancho Solano, a preparatory school.
