1.what is the topic of your research?
River Island is a London-headquartered high street fashion brand, which operates in a
number of worldwide markets. Set up in 1948 by Bernard Lewis and his brothers in London,
it is to this day still a private company owned by the Lewis family.
I am going to research about how River Island provide customer service to their buyers and
people’s opinion about their product and service.
2.What do you want to find out through market research?
I want to find out if customers were happy with the level of customer service provided to
them and their overall experience in the store.As Customer service is vital to build and
maintain a relationship with customers.
3. What methods will you use?
I will use questionnaires along with three articles on River Island.
4. Who will be your respondents?
The respondents participating will be individuals who shop at River Island.
5. How many respondents you will choose?
I will ask 20 individuals.
6.How will you contact them ?
I will ask them face to face.
7.How much time will you need for your research?
I will roughly need seven days to conduct this research on River Island.

It will cost £100
