Rheumatoid Arthritis • Morning joint stiffness up to one hour, relieved with movement • Pain, fatigue Crepitation in Chest Crackling or rattling sounds -Made when a person is breathing with an inflamed lung Crepitation in TMJ (TMJ Dysfunction) — TMJ dysfunction should be suspected if facial pain and limited jaw movement accompany clinching sounds as the jaw opens and closes. Other findings include swelling crepitus or pain in the TM joint. — Palpate with index and middle finger, on the tragus, pt opens mouth clench teeth , no clicking
