In front of you is the customer insight tooling report that is written about the
online clothing store LongLady Fashion. The research was conducted by a 4rd
year marketing student from the Business Studies at Inholland Rotterdam. In
chapter 1,2 and 3 of this report you will find the assignments that I made, I will
