The invention of paper became one of the most important innovations in
history. Paper transmitted a great contribution to human civilization. Various
news and information can be easily written, documented and distributed to
various parties around the world. Although its position is further weakened by
the development of digital technology, But without paper, scientists may never
be able to make it Computers.


The History of the Invention of Paper The Long Journey from East to West
Before the invention of paper, writing and communication was done by carving
on cave walls, stone, bone or metal. People began to write animal skins, barks,
and bamboo strips on plates were sewn into cloth from silk cloth, the price of
which was very high. Paper or paper in English comes from the ancient Greek
word "papyros" which means to refer to the plant Cyperus papyrus. The fibers
of this plant were processed and recycled by the ancient Egyptians to make
materials such as paper.


Paper Discovery in China

the formation of Paper began in China during the Han Dynasty (202 BC-220

scraps.

material very easily available in mainland China. The use of paper is gaining
popularity in China, replacing the role of bamboo and silk sheets. Paper was
even used as a payroll tool for the middle government. For hundreds of years,
the Chinese kept papermaking recipes secret. But gradually this acquaintance
went abroad. Paper production technology began to be transferred to Korea
and Japan by Buddhist monks around 610 AD.
