When should personal protective equipment be worn? Why is personal protective equipment important? Safety goggles or glasses, gloves, a lab coat or apron are examples of personal protection equipment.Wearing PPE is recommended if you have a cold or a cough because it is frequently used in healthcare environments like hospitals, doctor's offices, and clinical labs. It is worn to reduce exposure to dangers that can result in severe diseases and job injuries. Exposure to chemical, radioactive, physical, electrical, mechanical, or other job hazards may cause these wounds and illnesses. 2. Why are there increasing levels of biological containment procedures? What level of biological containment will be necessary to complete the experiments in this manual? Because biological components are always changing and evolving, our strategies for keeping them contained must also change. For the most of the containment, gowns, gloves, and goggles are required. Whenever our tests are over, we should appropriately dispose of them by using bleach and Parafilm. 3.
