Question 2 12.5 / 12.5 pts You are having difficulties opening an assignment or accessing your course in Canvas. What should you do according to the information provided by the nursing professor? Hint: Your professor or coach cannot help you with technical or software issues regarding using your computer. Call a family member to help you. 1) Contact the Canvas Support “Help” tab through the left hand side of the Canvas home page (2) contact UTA technical support and, then, (3) email my Academic Coach to they are aware of the technical issues you are having. Hint: Your nursing professsor and coach cannot assist you with technical or software issues regarding your personal computer. Leave a message on the Student Services voicemail account. Turn off your computer. Then contact 24/7 Blackboard Support (link is at the top right hand portion of every Blackboard screen). Contact Canvas Support through the "Help" tab and UTA Technical Support so they can document your problem with a ticket number and time stamp. (2) Then email your Academic Coach so they are aware that you are having problems. Call a family member to come help you.
