collection about internal and external factors which involves the workforce, needs of customer
and expectation; balance the work activities as well as other influence which shows the
technology, social and economic changes etc (Alotaibi and Liu, 2017).
For this report the organisation is been considered Marks and Spencer group Plc is major
British multinational retailer venture with having headquarter in London, United Kingdom. They
specially deal with clothing’s, home products and food related items which are mostly
manufactures. Their annual revenue is generates 10,181 million pounds and existence of number
of employees are 80,000 actively work globally. In this report the topic commence to covers
different types of organisation with size, scope, purpose and legal structure (Barac and et .al.,
2016). The relationship between different organisations functions as per their objectives and
elaborates the Swot and Pestle analysation for macro environment objectives.

There are three different type of organisation are given below:
Public Organisation: This kind of organisation is basically owned by the government
where they enhance to facilitates goods and services advantage to the society. The
ownership is shared to the public shareholder as well as the free trader of shares that
exchange through public aspect. They traded to generate in the open market through
different trait of investors who purchase the shares as well as monitored to provide some
revenue to the government holder.
Purpose: The main work purpose of public organisation is to provide public services
includes the public related products and services which are regulated by the government such as
polices, security, health treatments and economic polices
For Example: NHS is a National Health Services is a public trusted health care system
of the United Kingdom.
