Market analysis is a process of evaluating and identifying factors that can have impact in the business so the owner can make
informed business decisions. Internal factors such as qualifications, experience, resources etc. are in the Centre of my analysis and
these are factors that you can control, strength and weakness have a direct impact on how you position your services within the
marketplace. External factors such as customers, competition, types of lesson, pay rates etc. are wider points from the sector, have a
direct impact and outside of your control. Macro factors these are also outside of the sector such as politics, economy, environment
