communities organisation and the areas are safe for the people that are there, they try tomake the shops opened that are available there and that the organisation is
eco-friendly.
The local and the national communities can influence the purpose of the
organisation because they try to make sure the areas are safe and however
the huge stores that are available everywhere of the H&M they can make
the organisation to stop the parking area because of the pollution creating
everywhere and that could make the customers upset because they are
likely to go to the stores with their cars and if they don’t have the parking
area than the customers will not go there.
From the point of view of the local and the national communities they try to
make sure that the areas are clean and eco-friendly so that this could be
sustainable, however the organisation like H&M they are trying to be
sustainable as possible and they aim to ‘’Use only recycled or other
sustainably sourced materials’’ so that they will not being harming the
environment.
The local and national communities fit in the ‘’high power, low interest’’
category of the Mendelow’s Matrix because they are trying to make sure
the organisations are monitored and that they are able be sustainable and
they could take an action that the organisation will be forced to do it.
However, they do not look to make any type of profit.
Governments The government sets taxes on the products that the customers buy, the
profit that the organisation receives the taxes get collected also from that,
they would be likely to put higher taxes and they will be receiving less
profit. The government are the one that take the decisions that need to be
followed and they do look how the whole country is performing and then
they take an action, so they are important for the organisations to be
successful.
The government can affect the purpose of the organisation in a negative
way if they put high taxes and the organisation will start receiving to less
profit. However, if they start to take less taxes and make the organisation
the profit that they want then they are going to get huge profits. It depends
on the government what they want that the organisations would be doing.
From the point of view of the government they look forward to that the
business are going to be successful and that they will be performing better
so that they will be providing job opportunities for the people around the
area. So that the employees are going to be able to pay the taxes and the
government wants that the whole UK will be performing better.
The government fit in ‘’high power, high interest’’ category in the
Mendelow’s Matrix, this means that they have more power and they can
make anything to be happen if there is agreed on that point, and high
interest because they are the ones that look forward from the employees to
get taxes.
