Medication: HCTZ Medication Dalfampridine 10 mg by mouth daily Armodafinil 150 mg by mouth in the morning Non-pharmacological management: To manage weakness: Consider rehabilitation services for strength training and adaptive devices as neededKeep core body temperature down Health Promotion: Exercise Maintain ideal body weight. Keep current with immunizations.Stop Smoking Patient education: Take medication as prescribed. Educated on preventive health care, exercise, diet, lifestyle modifications, and avoidance of drugand alcohol abuse.
