Mental health case sandra littlefield

How did the simulated experience of Sandra Littlefield’s case make you feel? I think this vSim was one of the more challenging ones. It was a very interesting experience considering I did not know what was splitting behavior before. It made me feel like I didn’t have any control. Talk about what went well in the scenario. It is hard for me to tell. I am not sure if anything went well besides the fact that Ms. Littlefield distressed seemed to deescalate after she felt heard and understood. I was able to communicate with her efficiently. Reflecting on Sandra Littlefield’s case, were there any actions you would do differently? If so, what were these actions and why?
