1. Managers should know when your birthday is. I do not agree with this statement, because
managers have a lot of employees working beneath them.
2. Managers should know where you are and what you’re doing at all times during working
hours. I do agree with this statement, because otherwise the manager can’t control their
staff.
3. Managers should not criticise or praise. I do not agree with this statement, because it is good
to let know to your staff and employees if they do it the right way. Criticise is sometimes
good.
4. Managers should not interfere in disagreements between members of staff. I don’t agree
with this statement, because sometimes it can effects the other staff members.
5. Managers should not ask people to do things they’re not prepared to do themselves. I don’t
agree with this statement, because you are allowed to expect something from your
employees.
