● Role conflict ( when more than one member wants to play the

● Role ambiguity ( when there's a lack of clarity between roles )

Functional vs dysfunctional conflict
● Functional conflict is non aggressive, and stimulates creativity.
● Dysfunctional conflict is aggressive and hampers productivity.
