Cases of workplace bullyingaffect organizations, which compromises the success and outcomes of a company. The projectwill focus on investigating the psychological experiences that nurses encounter, resulting fromworkplace bullying. Among the problems experienced by nurses includes workplace bullying,which makes stressful environments for nurses according to[ CITATION Ber161 l 1033 ]. Thepurpose of this section is to discuss the background and significance of workplace bullying. Theresearch purpose will be determined, followed by research questions, which will guide thedirection that the research will go and the findings of the research
