You should attempt to maintain a student's self-esteem and assist them in seeing themselves as you do.  Identify positive traits: Tim enjoys nature, thus when it comes to a topic about nature, the teacher should always include him and let him lead the discussion with the teacher's support.  Learn from mistakes: Turn mistakes into something positive by teaching Tim to focus on what he will gain rather than what he will lose when he make a mistake. Another excellent opportunity to set an example for your pupils is to learn from their failures. Remind Tim that everyone makes mistakes, and then demonstrate this to him. When he sees you making mistakes and handle them with compassion and optimism, he will start to see mishaps as learning opportunities as well. 1.2. Applauding Tim for his contributions during teaching-learning prices is the finest way to motivate him.
