Stress
In general, people experience stress whenever they anticipate a threat to their well-being
or safety. The body experiences stress whenever it must adjust to new conditions, whether those
conditions originate from the inside or the outside. It has repercussions for people's
psychological, physiological, and emotional states (Jiang, Topps and Suzuki, 2021). However, a
person's susceptibility to stress depends on whether or not they are able to manage the preceding
elements of their environment. Stress can be exacerbated by things like overwork and emotional
exhaustion. A person's stress levels may be too high for their resiliency to handle, but there are
ways to practice self-care and maintain a high level of health and happiness. The ability to care
for oneself, via the adoption of habits and routines designed to alleviate or prevent stress and
promote both immediate and long-term health and well-being, is crucial to survival. As a result,
the following article is grounded on a self-care strategy for avoiding burnout.

Nursing burnout is a major problem in the healthcare system. As a result of the mental,
emotional, and physical torment it causes, burnout negatively impacts health results. Healthcare
personnel are not immune to burnout, and it can negatively impact their capacity to deliver high-
quality treatment. When dealing with patients who have many comorbidities, clinicians often
struggle to offer adequate treatment (Raudenská et al., 2020). For example, therapists may
experience burnout, which can lead to difficulties in client interactions and a reduction in the
quality of care they deliver. When people are overworked, they become less efficient and less
professional. In fact, burnout drains an individual's mental and emotional resources, distorting
