abuse.
○ Individuals are not placed in situations that may cause danger, harm or abuse

● Accurate, complete and up to date information as well as secure storage and handling
practices
○ Clearly identifies potential risks of danger, harm and abuse.
○ Providing guidance on the actions to take when risks are identified

■ Identifies any possible signs or symptoms of abuse
■ Only professionals have access (unless its a need to know basis)
