corporation promoted by respect among the different players that meet the company. Such a conducive
setting boosts the overall learning of everyone, and this translates to outputs that agree with the
environmental protection principles at Tesla.

Tesla’s vision statement is ‘to create the most compelling car company of the 21st century by driving the
world’s transition to electric vehicles. This vision acknowledges that the world has come to an era where
