Introduction
This study will give an overall overview of my game's development. For the conclusion that I have
generated, I have done several studies into the principles of project management and different
project management approaches as employed in the IT business. My project was able to produce all
the information to meet user or client needs and by employing one of the right approaches to boost
efficiency and applicability. Also, I had found the feasibilities that were necessary which was
extremely good for my project because it offered me an idea and solutions that had been brought
forth with the use of my research skills to assure the quality of my IT project in any field which was a
vital necessity. Throughout this essay, I will discuss how I might strengthen my project management
it If I was to take on another project to supervise and convert it into.
Reviewing the Methodology
In this part, I will go over the strategy I used in game creation, how successfully I used it in its fullness
to finish my game by the deadline, and how I can enhance my usage of the methodology to finish my
game on time.
As part of my game project, I will use the following procedure. As it is focused on testing and
validating that the game truly works, this is the best choice for a game project. Agile project
management is an iterative technique used to deliver projects throughout their entire lifespan. The
process of iterating or incrementally progressing toward a result is known as an iterative or agile life
cycle. Software development projects often use iterative approaches for maximizing velocity and
adaptability since iterations allow you to adjust and adapt as you go instead of following a linear
path. A key feature of agile or iterative methods is the release of benefits at nearly every stage
