In the present report, basic concept of project management has been discussed so that it can become easier to understand the project and how it helps in getting work completed in a better way. Besides this, a case study has been followed in which four business partners are planning for building a 6-storey hotel along with a swimming pool in it. For this purpose, they have planned to borrow a loan of £1.5 million at 10% of interest rate. As per this project, its viability has been tested and various other planning have been made which can help in undertaking this project in a better way. TASK 1
