Any employer should be able to use any technology used most of the businesses depend on
technology. Technical skills are very important for the business to be in a stable position. If
an employer can fix any computer this would reduce the cost for repairing. An employee
without any technical knowledge would require additional training.
Health Safety
For employer’s health and safety is important in case of any natural disaster they should
know what necessary precautions should be taken. Any other violence in their office should
be reported.
Security
Security plays an important role in keeping an employer work safe from any unauthorized
access.
Good working procedures
If an employee is not feeling well to do work, he/she may not come to work or leave
immediately as there would be less chances of any spreading of a viral. These are considered
as good working procedures as these could save people from viruses like common flu or
cold.
