In this assignment I will be explaining the benefits to
customers of a business using internet marketing and I
will be explaining 8 points of how they benefit a
business. Furthermore I will be analysing 6 points of the
benefits of internet marketing to customers. I’ll be using
a wide range of businesses for this task to explain my
point.
, Customers stay updated
The internet keeps customers updated through websites,
emails, online adverts and social networking sites. Many
customers can access the internet on the move through
things technology such as smart phones and tablets.
Manufacturers and retailers can instantly update their
customers through the internet. Furthermore this benefits
customers as they don’t miss out special deals from their
favourite brand, and they also don’t miss out on new
products at a reasonable price. If customers don’t access the
internet as much some companies do stay in contact with
loyal customers through text messages on the phone.
24 Hour Shopping
The best thing about Internet marketing is that customers
can shop any time of the day unlike physical stores Internet
business are open all the time which benefits the customers
because they can shop whenever they have time. There is no
time restriction on when a consumer can shop online; the
internet is available all day every day. Many online sales now
start at midnight on a particular day encouraging customers
to shop all hours of the day. For example many online
businesses will do special offer during the night because that
is when more people are available, and the special offers can
be due to special events such as Christmas, black Friday,
Easter holidays and many more.
