Unit 2: Business resources
Introduction
In this assignment I will be preparing a list of main physical and technological
resources and what they are used for. Secondly I will be explaining how good
management of their human, physical and technological resources will help
improve the performance of the business. Then I will identify each source of
finance and say what it is, furthermore I will assess its suitability to a business of
my own which will be Pizza hut and I’ll give the benefits and limitation for each
source of finance. Lastly I will write a detailed report assessing the methods of
managing resources.

Chairs and tables This physical resource is important to
the business because the resource is
used for customers to dine in and eat
in.
Computers This physical resource is important to
the business because the computer is
used to access the menu and take
down orders from the customers.
Pizza machine This physical resource is important to
the business because the machine is
used to bake the pizza.
Delivery bike This physical resource is important is
important to the business because it’s
used to deliver the food to the
customers and motorcycles are
essential to the business because the
bike makes the delivery more rapid
which keeps the customers satisfied.
Till This physical resource is important to
the business because it’s used to
collect money from orders and give the
right amount of change back to the
customers and it’s also crucial because
the till keeps the record of the shop
sale for the day.
Counter This physical resource is important
because the counter is used to prepare
the dough, toppings and other
products.
Refrigerators This physical resource is important
because the refrigerators are used to
store food inside it for use.
