Employees are the most crucial component in the competitive market. Every other asset is nothing more than goods that can be bought at any marketplace since its only human capital capable of learning, growing, and making any necessary contribution in the job market (Correll et al., 2014). It is worth noting that we live in a world where knowledge is increasingly significant than physical capital. The market needs brilliant people who can dare increase production, build new products, and deliver services. Notable researchers have emphasized the considerable part employees play in achieving the enterprise goals. In a modern business environment, the most valuable asset for any organization is the employees because they are responsible for the success based on their involvement. Human capital professionals promote current and future organizational competitiveness by maintaining skilful and knowledgeable employees with the production process's potential. Human resource professionals achieve this by planning workforce selection and recruiting topquality talented and influential employees (Correll et al., 2014). As a human resource manager, identifying the organization’s need for workers, planning and implementing employee selection and recruitment, and maintaining employee relations contributes to its success.
