help you structure the work and help the marker of your work.

great deal with this assignment 2.
P4 - Discuss the internal, external & competitive environment on your chosen
business.
Internal: You could discuss the different departments within the business (only
briefly) and how they work together to make the business competitive.
External: This is BEST dealt with in your PESTLE analysis. Suggest you refer to
your PESTLE analysis.
P5 – Select a variety of techniques to undertake a situational analysis of a
given organisation.
Here you should use the following:
A PESTLE analysis. (You can find a good example in your Unit 1 Channel:
external influences Lessons 4 &5). Using the example from your lesson
notes suggest & give examples of how each area (factor) affects your
business.
A Porter’s 5 forces analysis (You can find a good example in your Unit 1
Channel external Influence Lessons 4&5)
P6 – Market Structure & the impact of supply & demand on your chosen
business.
Suggestions (things to include):
You need to decide how competitive the market is that your business
operates in (see the notes). Is it perfect competition? Imperfect
Competition, Oligopoly, Monopoly? (see notes for these definitions).
Don’t worry too much make some suggestions after looking at the notes.
