statements and makes predictions about a company.
They also advise investors if they should invest in this company or
not.

A business gets its money from:
the owners (owners’ equity)
-Share capital = money they put into the business. Called share
capital if more than one owner, called capital if just one owner.
-Reserves – if the owners money got them profit and they decide to
re-invest the money into the business it is called reserves.
