• No hyperextension.
• Attachment point for triceps.
• Fractured by: trauma OR avulsion
by triceps.
• Detachment of triceps ---> triceps
pulls bone with it.
Medial epicondyle
Olecranon bursa ----> Sits below the
olecranon.
Sub tendinous bursa ---> between
triceps and olecranon
Olecranon bursa inflammation ---->
Medical student’s elbow OR miner’s
elbow.
