Fashion Ltd as distributor caught our attention and we are impressed by your distribution network.
As we may expect that Brexit will make the import of our products more complicated, we have
decided to incorporate a subsidiary of Style Academy which will be fully committed to import our
products for Selwick Fashion Ltd and thus solving any administrative matter.
Lastly I would like to highlight the distribution rights of our brand. As we are prepared to give you
exclusive distribution rights for our brand I would like to emphasize that we are not discussing this
proposal with any other party until we have finished any discussion with you.
The companies we already work with have had great experiences with us and they can confirm to
