H0 = there is no statistically significant difference between the observed frequency of the 500
patients taking the new drug and the old drug and the expected frequency.
HA = there is a significant difference between the observed frequency of the 500 patients taking the

If 2 value exceeds the critical value by the certain degree of accuracy, 0.05, then the null hypothesis
is rejected.
