Aura stages develops over minutes to an hour to include neurologic findings: numbness tingling of mouth lips,and is accompanied by nauseaface and hands-acute confusion-visual disturbances. Second stage: severe incapacity , throbbing headache that intensifies over several hours-accompanied by nausea-vomitting drowsiness ad vertigo. Third stage:4 to 72 hours dull headache. Recovery with pain and aura sudsiding. Muscles achesand contraction of headand neck musces are common .physical activity worsens pain and clientmight sleep. In HSV-2, the infected person may have sores around the genitals or rectum. Although HSV-2 sores may occur in other locations, these sores usually are found below the waist.
