A2. Framework for Program Planning
The logic model development process will be effective for application in the program planning for the
“Rural Active Living and Nutrition Hub” in Warren County. The approach enables the refinement of the
intervention through defined milestones, drawing on evidence generated from community needs assessments,
stakeholder input, and evaluation experiences in order to develop a flexible framework for understanding how
the intervention works in the rural community area. The program model would be applicable since it allows
room for flexibility as the barriers in question (transportation limitations, economic instability, and provider
shortages) could be changing in nature, and the program should incorporate the changes for accountability and
for the ease of replicating in other rural settings (Voss et al., 2025).
