CRNA Interview Personality &
EQ 2026 Exam Questions and
Answers | Already Graded A+

Why do you want to become CRNA - ANSWER ✔✔Since I can

remember, I've always aspired to play sports at the professional level.

After multiple knee surgeries, that dream of mine came to a halt.

Since then I've found a renewed passion for science, nursing and patient

care. I set a new goal to practice at the highest level and to reach what I

consider the NFL of nursing, CRNA.

,I take pride in Caring for patients when they're at their sickest, but I

believe God chosen me to leverage my gifts to be able to provide in

more ways than just at the bedside.

I work side by side with fantastic nurse practitioners in the icu but drawn

much more to the 1-on-1 focused care that comes with anethesia.

Every time I shadowed CRNA in the OR it just felt right. During my first

shadow experience I was able to see how the anesthetist interacted with

the patient perioperatively

pre-op, performed airway assessment, induct the patients and deployed

the anesthesia plan into the operation room,

I was able to experience the intraoperative phase level of autonomy he

had and how he communicated with surgeons and nurses in the room

while simultaneously monitored vital signs and adjusted anesthesia.

, I was able to witness emergence and how we safely rolled the patient

back to PACU for monitoring.

Last year i attended an 8 hour long Diversity CRNA information session

that fueled my fire even more.

Anesthesia is a calling for me because it takes a special person learn &

understand the intricate sciences but also be able to hold patients hands

when their cold, naked and vulnerable and tell them "I got you"

Anesthesia allows flexibility in my life. I will have the ability to work in

various settings between university hospitals, critical access hospitals,

outpatients surgery center, pain management clinics, education and

more.
