This presentation offers a plan to implement the Dellberg Mental
Health Equity Initiative in an equitable manner.
Public health challenges require leaders to balance operational
constraints with the ethical obligation to protect vulnerable
populations.
The main objective of this policy is the creation of a mental health
care system that removes any barriers.
This project changes the paradigm of healthcare provision in the
community towards preventive care, destigmatization, and
accessibility for all.
The leadership in the field of public health needs to think outside
the box and consider different viewpoints, interests, and worries
of everyone.

enhancing health is fundamentally about building public trust and
