Give this one a try later!

Jung called his new approach analytical psychology and encouraged
individual thinking. He added two subcategories to Freud's unconscious
which were the personal unconscious and the collective unconscious. The
personal unconscious consists of material that is not within one's conscious
awareness because it has been repressed or forgotten. The collective
unconscious stores latent memory traces inherited from a person's
ancestral past. Jung called the ancestral memories archetypes. He also
believed that dreams are very important. Adler believed that we are
motivated by superiority. We drive to adapt, and improve and master life's
challenges. According to Adler, inferiority can be developed by early
experiences. It can be helped by compensation

The need for self-actualization is the need to fulfill one's potential, marked
with exceptionally healthy personalities, and continued personal growth.
Self-actualization is a growth need. Self-actualizing people are accurately
tuned into reality, at peace with themselves, open, and spontaneous. They
have a fresh appreciation of the world, sensitive to others' needs, and
rewarding interpersonal relationships. They are also not dependent on
others, not uncomfortable with solitude, thrive on their work, and enjoy a
sense of humour
