reasonable expectation rule over a strict application of the foreign/natural test


Raw Shellfish - ANS - Raw shellfish often accumulates bacteria that are seldom harmful to
healthy people but can be unsafe and even deadly to those with compromised immune systems
- Many states require that restaurants conspicuously post warnings that ingestion of raw oysters
