1.1 Aim of Product and Service Feasibility
The aim of the product and service feasibility analysis is to determine whether the healthy
meal preparation business will attract enough customers at the intended selling price and
service format. The analysis also determines whether the meals are suitable for the lifestyle
and dietary needs of professionals and students in Pretoria. Product feasibility further
assists the entrepreneur to identify possible challenges customers may experience when
ordering or consuming the meals before the business officially starts operating (Chiloane-

purchase affordable healthy meals. Most respondents indicated that they struggle to
prepare balanced meals because of busy schedules and long working hours.
