✔✔Stafford Act - ✔✔legislation focused on providing Federal aid in an
emergency. Modified after Katrina so president can step in when necessary. The Robert
T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act, Public Law 93- 288, as
amended.

✔✔5. When Branch Tactical Planning is implemented, then: - ✔✔(d) A Branch within
the Operations Section develops detailed action plans while the Planning Section
provides support and coordination.
