Those that stood out the most are as follows: Ethical Leadership – C206 A large part of my success is from managing my team through compensation and benefits, to putting to use the competency of developing policies, practices, procedures, and programs that foster organizational ethics and socially responsible behavior. I displayed this in my employees by fostering trust and allowing their active participation in how the business ran daily to the involvement and efforts spent in the community building parks, bike trails, and being more conscientious about my waste. I will continue to use these competencies in my career as I progress with COMPANY NAME to reach my career goals of becoming a project manager. I currently use these principles in how I develop my materials in my current role by promoting honest communication between departments, company name and the client, and in how I ensure accuracy in pre-sales and training content. I work to ensure that all clients and potential clients are seen and valued, whether that be in specific needs being met for clients, or in how I develop the materials to be user friendly and available in all forms. If I create a video, I also create a transcript for closed captions, and I then create a visual how-to guide that coincides so that all forms of learners are met where they are and in their needs to promote clarity and social responsibility.
