vative products and services. Reason being because of it’s game changing app
(which his available to anyone with a smartphone and known as ‘Hilton Honors’).
Their aim is to use the advantage of technology to open up doors, close sales
while also winning the heart of their customers. With the app, a customer can
book a hotel, have a contactless arrival- meaning checking in with just your
phone- and even choosing your room as well. On top of all that, your phone can
now open your room door which eliminates the need for a room key. Just as easy
as it is to check-in with your phone, you are also able to check-out. This type of
innovation really sets a company like Hilton hotels apart from its competition as
it is very easy and convenient which is what customers look forward to experi-
encing over and over again.
