Macroeconomics is easily defined as how
well an economy is doing. It focuses on the entire
picture of the economy like the national income, its
growth, and more. The father of Macroeconomics is
a man named John Maynard Keynes. He was
born in 1883 and he died in 1966. He was known
as one of the big three macroeconomists of his time
alongside Adam Smith and Karl Marx. John Keynes
grew up in Cambridge, England. He went to college
at King’s College, located in Cambridge.
When discussing Macroeconomics, you also
focus on the 6 factors which include Gross
Domestic Product (GDP), inflation, employment
