information given, draft the property
description as it would appear in a deed
of transfer in terms of Regulation 28 of
the Deeds Registries Act 37 of 1937.
1. How should Zanele deal with the
mortgage bond over Erf 3?
Because Erf 3 is subject to a mortgage bond in
favour of Blue Bank, Zanele cannot simply
consolidate the erven without addressing the bond.
She has two legally acceptable options:
Cancellation of the existing bond
The bond over Erf 3 may be cancelled
