operations across several African markets. Over time, Vodacom has evolved from a
traditional mobile network operator into a diversified digital services provider, offering
mobile connectivity, financial services, digital platforms, and technology-driven
solutions. For the financial year ended 31 March 2025 (FY2025), Vodacom
demonstrated resilience despite economic and regulatory pressures, supported by
growth in financial services and continued investment in digital transformation
