require strength for certain sports
Endurance - ANS-the ability to sustain physical effort for long periods of time.
Flexibility - ANS-Helps student prevent injury, improve posture. Should be part of
warm ups activities
Body Composition - ANS-proportion of body fat to lean body mass.
Cardio respiratory (aerobic) - ANS-most important component of fitness.
Target Heart Rate (THR) - ANS-220 - age x 70 to 85%
