Transmission Electron Microscope forms an image by transmission of
light through the smaple and making the image visible such that the
subcellular images are visible; able to be seen unlike in the Scanning
Electron Microscope.
Answer: An image is formed from the interactions of electrons
as they pass through a thin sectioning of the sample that is
coated heavily in a preservative. An image from a TEM is
visualized in 2-D rendering.
