Annual License Renewal and Insurance - ANS All licenses shall be renewed annually,
biennially, or triennially
Proof of insurance not less than $1 Million
Master Qualifier/Qualifier Examinations - ANS Passing grade of 70%
Every business in category 1, 2, or 5 shall employ at all times a full time qualifier
A person may not qualify more than 1 license location
License Penalty/Fees - ANS The sale of LP Gas cylinders with a volume of 10 pounds water or
4.2 pounds gas capacity or LESS is exempt
Qualifier Vacancy - ANS A vacancy in Qualifier/Master position from their departure shall be
immediately reported to the department by departing person and the licensed company
Master Qualifier - ANS Master Qualifier must have been a registered qualifier at least 3 years
Master Qualifier - ANS Master status shall expire 3 years after being issued
a $30 renewal fee and documented 16 CEU's
